I injured my lower back months prior and had lingering/radicular pain ever since. The experience is completely non-invasive—you just sit in the chair for 30 minutes. It feels similar to a TENS unit, and you can adjust the intensity to what feels comfortable. I appreciated how simple and low-stress the treatment was. They even provide a stand so you can use your phone while you're sitting there! Just remember to keep your feet flat and remove any metal before starting. While I’m not fully leak-free yet, I plan to continue treatments after my vacation and see how much more progress I can make. Overall, it’s been an easy and accessible way to take control of something that so many women struggle with. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
