Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect during a Botox or filler appointment?
At your appointment, a trained provider will begin with a consultation to assess your goals and facial anatomy. For Botox, small amounts of neurotoxin are injected into specific muscles to reduce wrinkles. For fillers, a gel-like substance (usually hyaluronic acid) is injected to add volume and contour. Treatments are quick—typically 15–30 minutes—with minimal discomfort. Some redness or swelling is normal but usually fades within a few hours to a day.
Are treatments like EMSCULPT Neo® painful?
Most patients describe EMSCULPT Neo® as an intense but tolerable sensation—like a combination of deep muscle contractions and warming. It’s not considered painful, and there’s no need for anesthesia or downtime. You can resume normal activities immediately after your session.
How long do results from PRP Therapy last?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) results vary depending on the treatment area and individual response. For skin rejuvenation, results can last 6–12 months, while joint or hair treatments may need follow-up sessions for maintenance. Most patients notice gradual improvement over several weeks as collagen and tissue regeneration occur.
What are the risks of EZ Gel Bio-Filler?
EZ Gel Bio-Filler is considered very safe because it’s made from your own blood components. The risk of allergic reaction is extremely low. Possible side effects are mild and may include temporary swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site. Rare complications, like infection or lumpiness, can occur but are minimized when performed by an experienced provider.
